Add items to your cart, then submit an order request with your ship-to address. No payment is taken on the website. We email you to confirm availability, shipping and your total.

Not on the website. After we email your confirmed total and you approve it, we arrange payment with you directly. Your order is confirmed only after you approve that total and payment is arranged. We do not collect card details on this website.

Confirmed orders ship within 2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Transit time depends on the carrier and your location, and carrier estimates are not guaranteed. We email you tracking when your order ships.

Shipping is quoted for your specific order and address in our confirmation email, before you pay. We ship within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).

Yes. We buy from manufacturers and authorized distributors.

You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can give you return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer pays return shipping. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food, pet treats or personal care items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, and you will not pay return shipping for our mistake.
