About these terms
These terms apply to your use of palletcrestgoods.com and to orders placed with Pallet Crest Goods LLC through it. By using the website or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.
Order requests
Submitting an order request through our cart is a request to buy, not a completed purchase. No payment is taken on the website. We will email you to confirm availability, shipping cost, any applicable sales tax, and the total. A contract of sale is formed only when you approve that confirmation and payment is received. We may decline or limit any order request, for example if an item is unavailable or a quantity looks like it is for resale.
Prices, list prices and sales
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or sales tax, which we confirm before you pay. The price in your confirmation email is the price you pay. If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you may cancel at no cost.
List price. Where a product shows a crossed-out “List price,” that is the price the manufacturer charges for the same item (matched by size and UPC) on its own U.S. online store, checked in October 2026. We show a list price only when we could verify it and it is higher than our price; otherwise we show only our price.
Sales. Items marked “Sale” are discounted from our regular price, which is shown crossed out. Sale prices apply to order requests submitted before the stated end date (11:59 p.m. Eastern time). After that, prices return to regular.
Availability
Product availability is confirmed when we respond to your order request. If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or remove it from your order before you pay.
Shipping and returns
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping times, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Product information
Product photos, descriptions and sizes come from the manufacturers and our distributor. Packaging may change. Always read the label on the product you receive, including ingredients, allergens, warnings and directions, before use.
Use of the website
Please do not misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or sending automated submissions. The Pallet Crest Goods name and logo, and the design and text of this website, belong to Pallet Crest Goods LLC. Product names, brands and images belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you submit an order request applies to that order.
