We do not collect payment card information on this website. Payment is arranged with you directly after we confirm your order.
Information collected automatically. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back, and it is not sent to us until you submit an order request. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services listed below receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit or submit a form.
How we use your information
- To respond to your order request, confirm availability, shipping and payment, and fulfill your order.
- To answer questions and inquiries you send us.
- To consider you for job opportunities if you submit the careers form.

Service providers we use

- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the code that receives form submissions. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from bots. When you use a form, Turnstile checks signals from your browser and device to tell people from automated traffic. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Resend delivers the emails our forms generate: the copy of your submission sent to us and the confirmation email sent to you. Your form details pass through Resend to make that delivery. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Zoho Mail hosts our business email, where submissions and our replies to you are stored.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep information
We keep order and inquiry emails as long as needed to serve you and to keep business, tax and accounting records. Careers submissions are kept on file for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep certain records when the law requires it.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
